Sit down and Take a Test
We all have our own ways of learning, but what is the best way to remember this information later? Do you repeatedly study the material until you can almost recite it word for word? Do you use association techniques to pair information to your everyday life? Or do you have a photographic memory and can recall information as though it has been scanned into your brain?
A recent study, published earlier this year, from the journal Science claims that the best way to recall information at a later date is simply by taking a test. The study from Science states that those who take tests retained about 50 percent more than those who used other methods.
